Questionnaire Factory is delighted to be managing Pearce & Co’s Tenant Satisfaction Survey for the 7th Year in a row. The monthly survey gives new tenants the opportunity to comment on their experiences and to rate Pearce & Co on a range of letting agency services. It is also measures what tenants see as important when considering a letting agency.
With 6 years of data, Pearce & Co has been able to see clearly how they have performed and how to allocate their resources should any of their services not reach the high satisfaction benchmarks they have set. The survey also measures how effective their media spend is, including the value of investing in property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla and what letting agency attributes are becoming more important for tenants including the value placed on Pearce & Co’s high street office.
