Le Club Accorhotels is the loyalty membership programme for Accorhotels, one of the world’s leading hotel operators including brands such as Sofitel, Novotel and ibis. When Le Club Accorhotels required an independent assessment of their loyalty programme in Scandinavia they selected Questionnaire Factory to manage their member survey.
