Questionnaire Factory är angelägna om säkerheten kring personliga information, att den är korrekt och inte kan missbrukas av andra. Vi är mycket noga med våra riktlinjer får informationssäkerhet och att hanteringen av informationen följer personuppgiftslagen (1998:204). Samtliga anställda på Questionnaire Factory är under sträng tystnadsplikt. I de fall då själva undersökningen genomförs i samarbete med en tredje part (dvs. att undersökningen genomförs i en av våra samarbetspartners system) kommer inte e-postadressen eller annan personlig information att lämnas ut.
Questionnaire Factory arbetar också enligt ett internationellt erkänt etiskt regelverk får marknads-och opinionsundersökningar definierat av ESOMAR (European Society of Opinion and Market Research, se www.esomar.org).
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of any personal information provided to us by our clients for the purposes of conducting surveys, any personal information we collect via a survey or personal information collected from our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.
Personal information will never be sold, shared, or rented by Questionnaire Factory without prior consent. It should be noted that, because Questionnaire Factory does not control the privacy practices of our clients, we advise that you read and fully understand their privacy policies.
Surveys and Panels. Where information is volunteered and subsequently collected that can identify the respondent this is used to provide insights and information that allow our clients to create more efficient and effective products and services to their customers. No contact will be made to individual respondents unless specifically authorised by that respondent.
Competitions and Draws. Where individual information is required to identify a winner of a competition or draw this may be revealed to the appropriate client. Please refer to individual competition rules which will refer to the requirements for publicity of winners names.
Security and Storage of Information Collected
Questionnaire Factory are committed to maintaining the security of the data we collect and has appropriate security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of such information.

(1) What information do we collect?
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:
(a) information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views, and website navigation)
(b) information relating to any transactions carried out between you and us on or in relation to this website, including information relating to any purchases you make of our goods or services
(c) information that you provide to us for the purpose of registering with us
(d) information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our website services, email notifications and/or newsletters

We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password- and firewall- protected) servers. All electronic transactions you make to or receive from us will be encrypted.
Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to the website).
